After decades of working with tubing spacers, the Sunbelt team came upon a way to drastically increase the lifespan of this equipment and the piping that goes with it. We partnered with Deepwater Corrosion Services to manufacture a tubing spacer equipped with non-corrosive, UV resistant thermoplastic. The Sunbelt Tubing Spacer has specially designed notches that separate the tubes while also allowing for airflow under the metal tubing. This increased airflow reduces the amount of moisture collected in the spacer, thereby eliminating corrosion and puncture damage cause by shock vibration.
