Paper records are completely destroyed by shredding after 7 years. We strictly maintain and follow all security requirements for credit card compliance.
Employees will respect all assets and property belonging to the Company. Property will be used and maintained with care and respect. No Company property will be removed or borrowed without prior authorization.
Confidential Company Information:
No employee shall ever, in any form, share confidential Company information with any competitor. This includes; pricing, costs, profits, product information, sales volume, quoting, supplier information, manufacturing information, website information, or any information that is critical to the success of Sunbelt Stud Welding, Inc.
Any employee who believes that the company is engaged in an activity that is illegal, unethical or not correct within the organization should report the information (internally) to a supervisor or officer of the company, or (externally) to a third party official.
